depend in the electricity bill. I think its worthless if the bill value is less than 12000. In my case I only have one 18000 BTU AC. Bill before Solar installation was around 8000. So i think it will take more than 7 years to recover the cost
Try to balance the load on both floors if not given for rent. And I think you do not need solar unless planing to have a aircon or two.
