rar
then you can extract the songs

Install winrar 3.7 (whatever version u like) from http://www.rarlabs.com
and right click on ur file and select Extract Here (one of many options) and ur ready to go..

after this remember Winrar is a Data compression Utility like Winzip..winzip mainly uses ZIP algorithm to compress data and Winrar use a different algorithm called RAR..it has better compression...u can achive the best compression available today by using the software 7zip from http://www.7-zip.org/
