99.999% percent of the pics of persons used in Signatures and Avatars are taken from some other site and of some other person. Does that make ALL those members to be impersonators ?

eg :
Coolgayathra's Avatar and siggy has pics of Arnold taken from many other sites. He even has coolgayathra written under Arnold's face. Does this make Coolg an impersonator ?
