Resent political talk has lead to idea of "Removing/Attacking Religion's from/in Sri Lanka". One can argue this point but what matters is, can it be done in Sri Lanka.
From my life's experience I have seen Catholic's fighting their enemies using "KODIWINA", "NULL PANIMA", "HUNIYAM", and attempting to avoid problems by using "BALI THOIL" which belong to the Buddhist religion.
I have also seen Buddhists coming to church and doing activities such as "BAARA", Kissing statue, Receiving Blessings etc. And there are both Buddhists and Catholic's that go to Hindu "KOWILS". And not to mention many who do "POL GAHANAWA".
There are many people in various religions who believe things in other religions. So attacking Removing/attack religions would not work in Sri Lanka. Because not a single TRUE religion is isolated in Sri Lanka.
However, there are apposing FALSE religions that deserve to be removed (NGO religions), that ruin people's life's by giving them false hopes of better life, run by men who consider calling them selves PASTORS (with no true faith in God) who get a better salary every time someone joins. Which I know will be removed one by one by any government.
