might need to contact your nearest mobile service center or look for crack setool software and generic firmware for flashing. u must have usb or rj45 data cable too. i recon u to goto a shop and get it done by them

thes a software called xs++ u can use tht to reinstall the software (I mean flash n install) Otherwise use the official SonyEricsson update tool..
