Guys,
I need advise how can I root my Xperia Sola which is currently running with GingerBread and need to upgrade to ICS.

I could not find any solution afetr googling...

try out one click root. its an automated tool. you don't have to worry about anything. for a backup download the factory rom and keep it with you.
