So the cause and effect theory applies to the unseen (which cannot be materialized immediately). In Islam, we use material in a mutualy beneficial manner to attain heaven.  Allah has no gain nor loss in creating us. The only gain is for us. Our souls wouldn't have existed if Allah so wished. Now that our souls inhabit our human body, either you gain eternity by worshipping Allah, or you loose eternity by disbelieving.</blockquote>
