Speedbit Video Accelerator Really work?

I already installed " Speedbit video Accelearator".
Do you think it really eliminate buffering of web video? I don't think it really work.

well what it does is brake the stream into parts and join them to gather,,,
works good but u will have to pause the video some time ... coz split and join takes a bit ping time etc...
