Spouse Visa???

My wife is a X - SriLankan and a Canadian citizen.Now we applied for spouse visa for her to stay here in SriLanka.

Can she buy/own a property with that paricular Visa type?

As for residence visa you can't.

cant she apply for the dual citizenship? If can, then she can buy whatever the properties as she pleases.
