if they shell our troops from there we have the sole right to shell right back on their asses its their people after all they are fighting for a EELAM country for TAMILS not for LTTE(as they say) so cant they stop shelling our troops from NFZ?? they wont so why do we need to stop?? cant al jazeera talk with nadeshan and accuse him of shelling from inside a safezone ???

Problem is that this is a NFZ declared by the government. When a Govt. does that, they have to abide by the Geneva conventions. Also govt, lying to both the people and international media just doesnt do. It looses what credibility it has. That is the problem.

Aljazeera has always been an impartial and fair news agency where the problem on SL and LTTE is concerned. They ran a lot of reports on LTTE activities in France , UK and other countries, sending their reporters under cover and taking secret videos of LTTE activities and exposed them on the channel. If Nadesan got the balls to talk to AlJazeera, then they will ask those questions from him.
