Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) fighter jets bombed a LTTE military installation code named "Radha base" today morning.
The base, located north east of Vishwamadu, Mullaithiv district, was raided by SLAF aircraft at approximately 10.30 AM. Although pilots have confirmed accurate hits on the target, exact damages caused to the LTTE are not yet known. Confirmation of casualty figures through ground based intelligence sources are likely to take several days.
