The last phase of the project from Pinnaduwa to Matara (30 km) which is expected to be completed by June 2011 is funded by the China Exim Bank.</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="color: Blue"><strong><span style="font-size: 22px"> ADB and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have agreed to provide supplementary loans to meet the extra cost incurred for the project. </span></strong></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
