They are coming back due to expat levy charged for each worker and family member.This government is not bothered to build up its Economy. Protectionism is not the way to go . We need to a Free  Market oriented Economy. There should be no subsidy for Fuel or Electricity. Subsidy for Electricity is a sham. If government wants to protect poor give physical money through samurdhi.Soon Central Banks printing and financing will come to a halt. Because the Rupee will fall much more than expected. Then how many deficit are this government is going finance. We should live within our means. Put the house in order. We do not need any more highways or airports. Make highways and airport private funded instead of government ones like in Malaysia. We need to get proper water management, solar ,wind, wave power generation.  To get rid our depleting our Forex reserves.Give first priority to Mannar Gas generation projects.We should not make next generation youth bleed for prosperity in this country. </blockquote>
