Sri Lanka should decentralise power generation and pay for solar and wind generation.

Decentralize power generation in Sri Lanka to every house ,offices, and factory. Solar and wind power generation from residences and offices and factories should be paid , and addtional power should be be free for CEB.

We do not need non renewable power plants which wastes FOREX reserves and pollutes the world.
