Oil Companies are looking for storage space. Sri Lanka should offer Trincomalee Oil Tank Farm as Storage. We would have better prices when prices rise in the future. Oil in WTI index is trading in negative. It has gone up. But it will come down again. Brent Crude is in positive.American WTI crude is paying customer to buy their crude.
