Sri Lanka should reduce price of Electricity and water due to oil price comming down!

Crude Oil is hitting nearly $10 a barrel. Price of Electricity should come down. People cannot afford sky high electricity and water charges. Prices of commodities are coming down including Coal. Sri Lanka should reduce all charges in Electricity. Give free electricity for all those who consume less than 100 units. Charge a flat and equal rate for industries, retail, government, houses .

Already CEB selling electricity with a loss. There is no way reducing the electricity prices just because of reduced oil prices.
