Sri Lankan Airport should issue IPO and build new terminal buildings. Sri Lanka should shift small passenger flights to Ratmalana. Ratmalana runway should be extened to the lakeside to at least accommodate a A320 passenger aircraft. They should also shift Cargo flights to Hambantota. Sri Lanka should build a terminal for at least 5-10 million passengers at BIA. BIA is overcrowded.   </blockquote>
