They also confirmed that the strike is not yet over.Many ADSL services have been hindered and many customers including me have been affected. Also the customer service desks at the SLT head office have not been informed of the issue and is currently causing major confusion to customers. The reasons for the strike is not yet clear. However as a customer who has seen the inhuman pushing of the technical and maintenance staff it is may be that they have lost there temper.
