I doubt that they get paid this much. The salaries are not that good. It is the perks and work load that draws people here (Ala wenna kiyapu thana)

@Mohowk if you have a engineering degree you can enter as an engineer. No need to have any pandam. Some basic tests and then interviews. That is the only top entry method I know. After that it is all politics and union shit to get to the top.

I don't think so machan. But I think you need to have a degree from some standard Uni probably something that has been approved by UGC. IESL membership will automatically endorse the degree you have. So it might be a plus.

Also just FYI, most of these places have a "Gatta", For instance if the top guys are from let's say Pera, they will prefer pera graduates over other Uni's.
