Ramraj Krishna (49), a Sri Lankan employed in Uganda was among the 64 persons killed in the twin bomb blast that rocked the capital city of Kampala on Sunday.
He is a resident of Kotahena and is the father of two.
His family was informed about the death by his friends working there with him.
