Dude it was Pasan Liyanage A.K.A Lord X....did this track for dinesh for his album called thamila!
and yes as u said Vijay Antony is a Music Director who produce tracks similar to baila...
So dinesh had to collaborate wit him n convert that version into Tamil n patched it to the film called "TN 07 AL 4777"
Vijay Antony's role in that track was to rebirth the track adding sum indian flavours and dinesh re voiced it
