Even in Uk till recently it was free and when Tony Blair was the PM he introduced a nominal payment! in 2003(nothing compared with their salaries and fees paid by the foreign students) So don't uk graduates go abroad to earn after obtaining education in world's best universities at the cost of their taxpayers .  So, do not make statements without knowing the facts . This is sheer jealousy not anything else . Good for political platform!  Find out the truth and formulate an argument!</blockquote>
