itz a monetary authority/legislative body which governs monetary functions of the country
the depossits shuld be handeled by the relevant banks, and is sumthng happenz always the central bank shuld intefere datz the law.
they can introduce new laws functionality wise itz the bankz authority lend foreign loans for the govt,

normally they cannot interfere in any of bank decissions unless deemed necessary for the benefit of the country
