I think the issue is there aren't many mods to check each and every post right?So why not let some users (Eg: people with 1000+ posts and 1Year old) rate and react to the new posts by the new members. I mean like one above mentioned user get once chance per day to review a post selected by the server (i think it's easy to implement by javascript- nothing fancy). For that those users get some reputation points.After the end of each day, mods can just review the most negatively reacted posts and take action.</blockquote>
