You know if that person is dead then their family and even respective personality's of related to that media can taken action against anyone who copying that song.Wal Bada said:The problem is that Jikki is dead now. People who are owing the rights may not be aware or there is no legal cover for her songs. Even if Iraj has the rights (or if t is public domain) he has blatantly copied the song. Here is the original song. See how blatantly Iraj as copied it. Even vocals from Jikki (Krishna Veni) is in Mata Aloke song. Using the voice of the first singer is like stealing the song.
Sirisangabodhi is from Sirisangabo nadagama, which was theatered in 1920s, apprx. 90 years before. So the song is in public domain according to Intellectual property act. So your argument is totally wrong.
If someone steal the song then its wrong but how can you just say he has sealed it without knowing he has rights or not?
You say he is dead and no legal cover and no one and no respective person to act against this. Even no human rights organization to talk?
Machan don't say things without any facts. You hate Iraj and you hate reproduction of music. So its okay you have complete freedom to think as you want. But blaming other people without any evidence or proven facts is dead wrong.
About Sirisangabodi track, Yes so they went to take legal action without knowing the law, so they were unable to ban the track and its still being played even now.
else if They Wont Take right..
