Once more you are going on the same old circle. Yes had a query about it being less than 50 years old. But the main problem is about a bloke who has copied from Indian artists whining about his work being copied. (That does not make that Indian bugger right though). There may have been a problem about the copyright. I'll check info. about director of the film and then post whether it's copyrighted or not.

You are the one who going circles bro, now you are saying he has copied it agian without any facts leading to the early stage of this conversation that we came so far. You have no prove to show he has illegaly copyied but you still say that again like from the start.

The problem occurs when some body copies all the parts of a car and change only the paint of it and call it a new car.

Well if you don't have time then its your problem. Anyway as i know this is the first time it happen to any artist which we have contacts with. But its not few we are in contact with large number of artists who producing many types of music in srilanka. I don't know if that happened long ago but as i know this is the first time. And he has asked for support and give this to the public. We will do that to any artist who need such help.

Say I robbed a person... Tht person can take legal actions against me... But if he ddnt... well.. lucky me... He he... BUT tht dsnt giv tht person the right to rob me ny time he wishes... If tht person robbed me... I will hv the right to go against law...

This is a similar case... whether Iraj copied indian tracks or nt.. I dnt knw... but 1 thing I knw.. he was not sued... so mayb he hasn't dn ny thng illegal... But in this case... if Irajs' creations have been illegally reproduced... thn he has the right to go in front of law against tht person... it's one of his rights... So as his fans... we can support him.... if we wish...

Tht's all I c! I'm 1 of Irajs fans... So I'll support him if thrz ny possible way...

Yes machan if someone proved he has done something illegal then he should be sued too. But in this case blaming a person without any facts is totally wrong.

Well as i see you haven't read the thread. Its nothing like If Iraj take legal action then indians will take legal action. If they have something to take legal action they will take it even if iraj there or not. I talked about indians and what their doing in India and in Srilanka in my previous post. So my dear sister please come out of the idea that srilankans copying all indian songs and they are the makers and we are the copiers. Its actually not srilankan whoz coping. You hear indian songs and beats all the time and you feel like its all copied from india. But ever thought who copied it? Is it really srilankan people? Who is doing it?
We are almost the biggest international market for indian music. We are like a colony of them when it comes to indian entertainment industry.
So if you can please read the thread before making comments. All answers are there. Its not really happening there as you think. Its totally different drama.
Anyway glad you supported this as a srilankan.
