im teling this. music is a world language. Bathiya is copying song much. evein his first album. but they didnt come to take legal action for BnS know? this is the thing, Iraj is a great talented person. we are listening his songs, we are playing his songs in Djs, thatz are happeing songs. but if he thinks that this is a bad thing, thatz a great bad idea. if its what is mata sithanna ba, Aloke, but he didnt put any details about the original tracks in the CD. then anyone think that thats his own creation. GTRZ, if you think that im going to blame Iraj, it s not a thing. this is the reality. plz dnt misunderstand me. im aggry with Mozart too.

Well machan i don't care even if you blame anyone with proper facts. I am not favoring any artist here. What i tried to point out was people shouting without any prove who has the legal rights and who don't have. And people think india is the originator and we are all just copying from them. If i give you examples tons of young people and new bands from india reproduce old melody and worst than that remix same original track without any change. They sell it play over the world, play on MTV etc.. without even saying name of the old melody or the owners. even lot of films are like that based on a old film but they don't say the info in public in a proper way. From the law after you pay them you can make the owner silent from a legal agreement. Its so common in western countries, asia and all over the world.
Related to media industry google acquired youtube never say whoz the original owner or anything. Adobe acquired macromedia, flikr, e-groups from yahoo etc..
As i think from the law it should be changed. But it depends on the people in the media industry around the world. If most of them liked it then you can change the law.
About Amaradewa using the other persons melody i think its related to my previous post about srilankan singers going to india to learn music and working with them. Using the music of indian gurus etc.. Anyway i am not sure its applicable to the specific track you talking about.
this is wrong...i support iraj...he can take legal actions for this...he should do it quickly...
