From the law after you pay them you can make the owner silent from a legal agreement. Its so common in western countries, asia and all over the world.Related to media industry google acquired youtube never say whoz the original owner or anything. Adobe acquired macromedia, flikr, e-groups from yahoo etc..As i think from the law it should be changed. But it depends on the people in the media industry around the world. If most of them liked it then you can change the law.About Amaradewa using the other persons melody i think its related to my previous post about srilankan singers going to india to learn music and working with them. Using the music of indian gurus etc.. Anyway i am not sure its applicable to the specific track you talking about.</blockquote>
