How do we know that the person that was killed was not some enemy of that particular cop who shot him ? or that he was framed by the cops to save one of their own corrupt officer ?If the cops takes the law in to their own hands, the society as whole will break down pretty quickly and its the innocent and helpless who'll pay the price.This kind of suspects killed before trials must be stopped regardless of the crime they are accused of.</blockquote>
