According to some experts, Mobilniks are so used to eating their MREs that Surströmming Cluster Bombs (SCBs) might not have as strong an effect on them as someone with a healthy diet. On the other hand, it might make them nostalgic for their home cooking. Being homesick, they would go back to their country, which is the intended effect anyway.
