You two obviously havent used Zimbra Client, Evolution or KMail.
Outlook still doesnt have the ability to reply to mailing lists without fucking up the reply addresses or have the ability to manage a large mailboxes without corrupting the mail store.
with Hypermail

You're mixing up word processor with wysiwyg editors. However as as far as editors go, I find Abiword is quite adequate.I was on about office software like word processors not mail clients tho..

All that is under the assumption, EVERYONE else is also using RTF or HTML based email clients and can see all your fancy lines and dots exactly the way you send them. Which is not what happens in reality. If the receiving party happened to have a different email client or even a different version, thy wont see te formatting you set.In our company, we were using MS Office Package for Reports. Because of the cost, we taught to move to Open Source. We tried with Kmail, Evolution, Thunderbird, but when it comes to formatting, indentation, numbering. These stuff have so many problems.
In outlook, it load the MS word as the editor. So there are no problems, for personal use open office is okay. But when it comes to office work. It is way far with the MS.
mbox or mbox style one file for the mail store always corrupts on windows as the file grows larger and and larger. You have to keep maintaining it constantly to keep it working fine.i love mbox formatwith Hypermail

You're going about this the wrong way and are trying to justify the need for a peace of software that will enable you to keep on doing it the wrong way.
BTW, I'd love to know what Evolution or KMail versions you tried.
IF that thousand are the type that believes computer=windows, then they most certainly are wrong.I really do not remember the versions bro. We prepared a report of the problems. These were some of the problems, title case is not available, you can't add bookmarks to words and hyperlink them (Anchors did not work as in Outlook). I do not have the whole report. Using python Script, we found a way to create a function for title case. But over roll the test was not successful. I'm not trying to justify my view, because I also believe that "Thousands of open minds cannot go wrong".

oh, I agree with that concept as long as they dont steal the commercial software.I do not addicted to Linux or Windows. Everything should be in the market to keep the competence.
Computer = (IDEAL Operating System for his budget and needs. (Linux or MS)). Caz everything has itz own commercial side. Visit the following link.

So... Open minds mean where people develop their solutions not to gain any profit. They use their knowledge to do good for the human beings. Thatz the Spirit of the Open Source.
I'm in the side, where select best for my requirement. Thatz it.
