At that time it was one of the best place to work and I have worked (dont know whether that changed after I resigned).They have stress relief functions organized every month.Salary wise they pay around 150k for fresh graduates, increment is also good (for my 2 years I got over 30k increment each year).Work life balance is little bit problematic in some projects but not for all. But that can be manage. After all if you employed in IT industry you have to accept extra working hours and weekend work (but that does not mean you have to do that every time). In my project we dont have that much rush because our PM and TLs are well planned the sprint.Even though you worked after hours they provide you food and transport. Also in some projects "work from home" option is available (depends on your director <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/wink.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)" data-shortname=";)" />)</blockquote>
