When it comes to Tablets, nothing can beat the iPad. Android tabs might be better on paper, but you have a very few tablet optimised apps for Android tablets (There are lot of apps but most of them are just upscaled Phone apps, not properly optimised for tablets).

A16 iPad Air, 11 inch/128GB is around 1.80 in sri lanka.
M2 iPad Air, 11 inch/128GB is around 2.60, and it is very well worth it. As i remember they both supports apple pencil 1st gen

If you are looking for a one, just for media consumption and browsing, then get an Android tablet.
