Actually Sri Lanka needs to MOVE all of its government offices out of Colombo to a nearby suburb..

It may sound absurd, but that can do a lot of good too.. Right now if you need go to a govt. office you need to travel to few different Metro Zones of Colombo! this should not be the way... If all govt. offices in one large area or few building complexes it would be very beneficial for everybody..

ya......tht's absolutely right....
but i think.before building these high rises allover the place....it's better to name high rise zones and build separate metro transport system.......witch reduce traffic........otherwise thr will be no benefit due to traffic generates around the complex.......
also state of the art information management system is a must..........

but.whn will these thing will happen in LK.............

asi remember thr was another proposal for 70 story single tower in battaramulla.
wonder what happen to that project..........
