Is it your ignorance or stupidity that hold you from realising the truth?

Reason 1:
There are still a lot of mines, traps etc. which is a safety hazard for civilians.

Reason 2:
How can you differentiate between a LTTE member and a civilian?

Both those reasons hold the GOSL from releasing the innocent tamil civilians from facilities like Menik Farm.

To overcome which, takes a great deal of time.

GOSL can surely take care of reason 1. But taking care of reason 2 is harder than we think.

Yes. Considering how I and you are living now, it is amaanusheeyayi to see how they live their lives. But still, they are free from terror now as the GOSL says. So they have a brighter future ahead of them after GOSL takes care of the above 2 reasons.

Nd where is the threadstarter his reply for this comment? saw that the threadstarter is answering all other comments...but not this serious one! :nerd:

wrong. In SL constitution, the legal system, the government and the executive presidency are 3 overlapping entities with equal power. Its a real mess trying to figure out who has power over what. J.R. is one crafty bugger.

any proof of this other than just hearsay ?

because he cant. Our constitution cannot bring a govt or the president to court.

lack of evidence cannot be blamed on any CJ. The legal system requires evidence, if none is produced, its not the CJ's fault.

ok if the constitution says that (they say NO one's above LAW!!, thats why i took that as correct man J.R is a crafty bugger)
Anyway he should have done anything he can do, just even take legal measures at the levels it can be taken ...the guy did nothing..everyone has strings attached in this game dude its the way of law, politics the big ones are all connected.
Ex: mahinda and ranil are acting like sworn enemies on stages, but when they meet privately they are like best friends only the people think that its for real!
this is a gimmick like that too
yea its a hearsay proof will not be available soon, try finding it after some time from his retirement im sure you'll get it in printed matter
samething happened to chandrika -- චෞර රැජින
everything's out now about she never went to the court

Chandrika was fined
and that will be an example in the future
after a president is out of office.
That may be the reason she happily accepted it.

I think they are fighting in the field
but working for each other in outfield.
Unless one can overcome the other deffinitely
they don't try.
The idiots who tried paid with their lives.
Timing matters most, not fighting.

Better rephrase that or you will get a second vacation from EK. You're getting dangerously close to the third rail.

I simply agreed with most of it.
His view is common and acceptable.
But in politics what we see is not what we get.
I don't want to get banned again
so I keep my mouth shut.

The last 2 lines will trigger the alarms. Riddles wont matter after that.

    "Meka hari Amaanushikayi,'?
    Is it correct?
    :frown:

    If I am a civilian
living in a camp with thousands of others
I would love to be back at home
    ASAP.

Wish they have the joy of same peaceful lives
    we enjoy after war.
