There are still a lot of mines, traps etc. which is a safety hazard for civilians.

Reason 2:
How can you differentiate between a LTTE member and a civilian?

Both those reasons hold the GOSL from releasing the innocent tamil civilians from facilities like Menik Farm.

To overcome which, takes a great deal of time.

GOSL can surely take care of reason 1. But taking care of reason 2 is harder than we think.

Yes. Considering how I and you are living now, it is amaanusheeyayi to see how they live their lives. But still, they are free from terror now as the GOSL says. So they have a brighter future ahead of them after GOSL takes care of the above 2 reasons.

wrong. In SL constitution, the legal system, the government and the executive presidency are 3 overlapping entities with equal power. Its a real mess trying to figure out who has power over what. J.R. is one crafty bugger.
