As the Chief Justice, he did a lot of good. He's one man who didn't let politics rule the court room.
Also his explanations in English on various subjects in Buddhism are quite good. The non Sinhala speaking viewers will get a lot of insight in to Buddhism from those.

No mud sling, every bad doer needs "good" work to cover up the bad ones(ex: lalith kothalawala) but the real situation doesnt change. The guy is totally lost on explanation even buddhists cant get what hes talking about! for someone who doesnt know buddhism at all it'll be alot harder, so theres no point of that discussion at all.
"the buddhist" channel airs discussions in english by some monks also, they are of clear english and clear knowledge of buddhism, he knows law may be hes good at it but in lecturing buddhism.... none
Infact there's a monk who is 92 years old a sri lankan, and the lectures are so well dictated people dont get bored of it. Have you ever watched CJ's programs on "The Buddhist" ??

He did things some things that people seem to adore but nothing happend, even for that petrol problem it never worked. He just tried to be the hero, but after it was rejected what did he do?

wrong. In SL constitution, the legal system, the government and the executive presidency are 3 overlapping entities with equal power. Its a real mess trying to figure out who has power over what. J.R. is one crafty bugger.

lack of evidence cannot be blamed on any CJ. The legal system requires evidence, if none is produced, its not the CJ's fault.
