But truth is this a personal Blog post and anybody can start blogging there by creating such fake account(its free). According to Telegraph.co.uk 's Member conduct on Terms and Conditions "upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;" is not allowed and may caused to ban their account and their contents from the site.This fake identity holder has broke their Terms and conditions by using fake identity,harass over  racial and ethnic groups .some illegal contents are as follows.* "Muslim extremists use Quran as their source of hatred and the Sinhalese in Sri Lanka have a holy book called Mahavamsa, a book with controversial writings, full of hatred towards the Tamils.
