Tax increase?

i heard about some tax adding to the imports or increasing the 10% tax up to 15% on imports. (for phones and other electronic eq. and vehicles)

is it true??

if it is then when will they start to add it???

i think the phone tax is not gonna add.. but others are true ... and i think it also started ...

but what i hear is they gonna increase imported goods tax to15% (from10%)

is that true?
