We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to lead the development, maintenance, and security of our digital infrastructure. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about building high-performing applications from the ground up and ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Platform Development & Management
- Oversee the design and development of the platform's website and mobile application (front-end

- Collaborate with external developers or freelancers as needed to accelerate build phases.
- Ensure cross-platform functionality and responsive performance.
- Technical Operations
- Manage and maintain servers, hosting environments, and domain configurations.
- Handle deployment pipelines and update rollouts.
- Set up and maintain backups, recovery systems, and monitoring tools.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement robust data security protocols, encryption, and compliance with relevant laws
Monitor for threats and vulnerabilities and respond swiftly to incidents.
- Integration & API Management
- Integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways, booking engines, analytics, etc.
- Work with partner agencies to facilitate data exchange (e.g., inventory and package listings).
- Support & Maintenance

- Train staff or future hires on platform usage and best practices.
- Strong understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean).
- Experience in cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
