TL උනේ දැනට අවරුදු දෙකකට විතර කලින්. එතකොට team එකක් lead කලා 6 දෙනෙක් විතර. ඉස්සර අවරුද්දකට දෙපාරක් තුන්පාරක් රට යනවා europe, africa, middle east වගේ(ATL , TL කාලේ). දැන් europe company එකක full time වැඩ කරනවා (ලංකාවේ ඉදන්). Certified වෙන්ව වගේම TL කෙනෙක් උනාම හැම වෙලේම team එක ගොඩ දාගන්න වැඩ කරන්න ඕන. මන් TL කාලේ ජීවිතේට developer කෙනෙක්ට වැරැද්ද පටවල shape වෙන්න හදල නැ. developer වැරද්දක් කලත්. එක shape එකේ ඌට කියල දෙනවා. මන් night එකක් ගහල හරි හදනව issues developerට බැරිනම්. team handling 50%, technical 50% balance එකේ තියෙන්න ඕන. නැතන් upset යනවා.මාත් ගොඩක් certifications (only technical) කරලා තියෙනව ඒවාට වැඩිය team lead කෙනෙකට under pressure, team එකත් ගොඩ දාගෙන client වත් ගොඩ ගෙන ඉන්න mind set එක ඉස්සරහට යන්න වැදගත් වෙනවා.</blockquote>
