(individual rape is a different thing, but as far as I know it was not used en mass as a tool of war)She had also accepted funds from LTTE when it was already a banned organization in us for her earlier bid against Obama.I do not think she will be a good us president considering her past track record and listening to her speeches at primaries.In contrast Donald Trump is a dark horse and anything is possible. His corporate success cannot predict acceptance(Michale Bloomberg did not even got candidacy )In US the policies are made by CIA and FBI(foreign and domestic). The lobbying is done from Wall ST(as opposed to main st-general public). So irrespective of who is appointed that person has to adopt their policies. The president only implements them and the decision is theirs. Architects of the foreign and domestice policies are CIA and FBI the president can be a builder. If he does not follow them they will follow the president till he is eliminated (using scandals like Richard Nixon or by assassination-  John F. K, Lincon, McEnley, and Garfield) . So even Trump will have to adjust to this line if not he will be eliminated from office. Even Obama could not bring the Change that desired. But his health care reforms are radical and should be commended though he had to amend several times to allow Corporate -Insurance companies and their supporters in Senate and also in Congress. Yes his reforms are revolutionary and it would get due recognition in future.</blockquote>
