You are correct. As of September 2020 the debts were approx 10% China, 13% ADB, Japan 10%, WorldBank 10% and India 2%. But it's not only the loan amount that you should consider. The loan terms as well....plus several other factors too that many fail to realise at all - other than for the crook politicians.
