CANADA!!!   Canada has been helping the LTTE alot.  Even most stores in Canada had huge posters of PRabakaram (rest in HELL).  And Canada did nothing!  LTTE do alot of fund rasing in Canada.  But if you put countries like USA and Japan in then we have to also put in Sri Lanka because during Ranil's admin SL helped LTTE by having a Cease fire so they could import more weapons and Planes!</p></blockquote><p></p>
