Then all the local governments, including provincial councils are just a burden too. But I agree with the tax file number for every person over the age of 18. Someone in JVP even said this tax file number project over 18 s is a world's  first, and not any country in the world had such a thing. It's actually the opposite, all the developed countries issue a tax file number as soon as a youth reach the age of 18.</blockquote>
