We do not regard those as foreign overlays as it's not
present on the actual movie footage

The disc is 2D/3D combo, we used the 2D stream. It still
says "The Hole in 3D" at the beginning of the movie as
both versions use the same m2ts files and can be played
in both ways

We used a retail R3 dvd for the english subs as the
blu-ray only had italian subs. They aren't required
as there are no foreign parts but we think adding subs
is important
