we need a leader like chandra babu naidu, he has created a fiber optic network by adding an extra line to existing electrical polls. it took him only 7 months to do this.
this fiber optic connection will give every home in his state broadband ,tv channels and telephone service options for less than 149 indian rupees. this will make every house in his state a knowledge center. this broadband service is more cost effective than using a cable connection.
