A fun story about trying to exploit OT in the private sector -- (cannot remember the exact details but it goes in the line like this) Sometime back a guy form dialog who used to live close to piliyandala used to go to the DC there and mark his attendance and then go to Union place to work. He would clock out again from Piliyandala. This way his working hours were quite high. But fucker got highlighted and had to leave. You never see those sort of punishments with government sector, do you?

Privatization is the only solution. Government sector needs a complete overhaul.

If they really love the country the way they show they should first stop robbing it.
