    Jayampathy Bulathsinghala who undertook the printing of posters ‘he is a dictator’ for the UNP media unit was released on personal bail of Rs. One lakh and cash bail of Rs. 255/- by the Gangodawila , Nugegoda Magistrate Rohana Anura today (21).

    Bulathsinghala who was in remand custody for 14 days on charges filed under Section 120 of the Penal code for allegedly attempting to sow disaffection and inciting the people against the Govt. , was ordered by the Magistrate to report to the CID every Sunday.
    Kumudhini Wijewardena, Ruwan Wijewardena and Kelum Wijewardena ,the employees at Saral Graphics who were also arrested on the above same charges were released on bail yesterday (20). The Court also ordered the opening of the Press which was sealed earlier. The Mirihana Police Inspector Janaka Kumara told the Magistrate that these suspects had not been linked to any terrorist activities or disaffection conspiracies against the Govt.

    These suspects were held in remand custody on charges filed under the prevention of terrorism ordinance.
