That maybe the reality, but the law is.. if they are in UK after 2005, they are subjected to this rule that if the native country's situation gets better in the next review they will sent back unless they are eligible to stay otherwise right???

Because even though the law might not work as it is... its still the law, the practicality of it could change anytime!

So I guess it is all natural that these people fear for thier future if Sri Lanka gets peace, that's HUGE MOTIVATION!!

So I guess what Gayathra telling here is TRUE!

the government will not change its current policy & try to go after people with refugee status saying to them Sri lanka is 'safe'

remember most tamils in the west don't have refugee status

they are pr, citizen
