Thing is comparing to other countries, we dont have very much facilities for free education. Thats the reason of the lowered amount of intake of students. BUT, Mahinda or Ranil or whoever, it was same.About OLs, you got a point. But machan most of todays children, do CIMA, BIT, AAC, etc; or just go for a job if they fail. Most of them redo for 2nd shy. That's the spirit.About the OL paper, paper has been created by a panel of professors, in collobration with a set of psychologists. I can't see any connectivity of the OL paper to the forces.
